System Overview
Decommissioned wind turbine blades are cut into large chunks, fed via a chain conveyor into a primary crusher for initial crushing, and then sequentially undergo magnetic separation, fine crushing, and precise sorting processes to be converted into granular material. Finally, they are processed into powder through a grinding system. Leveraging an integrated “coarse crushing–fine crushing–grinding” process and advanced separation technology, the system efficiently separates fibers, resin, and balsa wood, thoroughly converting the blades into high-value-added powder and achieving full resource recovery. The entire line is equipped with negative-pressure dust collection, intelligent fire suppression, noise reduction, and intelligent operation and maintenance systems to ensure safe, reliable, and environmentally friendly operation throughout the process. Core system equipment includes: wind turbine blade shredders, wind turbine blade crushers, wind turbine blade grinders, wind turbine blade milling machines, fine sorting equipment, and intelligent control systems.
