Product Introduction

Symmetrical V-shaped crushing chamber
The crushing chamber adopts a symmetrical V-shaped structure, and the actual feeding size is consistent with the theoretical feeding size, which increases the capacity of crushable materials, is not easy to cause material blockage, and has higher output.
Assembled frame structure
Adopt assembled, modular and non-welded frame structure, which is more convenient for installation and transportation, with high fatigue strength and high reliability.
Low-stress welding method
Adopt large arc transition fillet welding method to reduce stress concentration, ensure that the frame has equal strength and uniform stress in all directions, and has stronger impact resistance.
Centralized lubrication system
The centralized lubrication system reduces the difficulty of maintenance; the labyrinth seal ensures the cleanliness of the lubricating grease inside the bearing and improves the service life of the bearing.
Hydraulic adjustment device
Adopt double wedge or hydraulic discharge port adjustment device, which is simpler and faster to operate than gasket adjustment, and shortens the downtime.
