High Efficiency

The single-shaft shredder is a high-efficiency crushing equipment specially designed for volume reduction and resource utilization of solid waste. It is suitable for crushing various materials such as domestic waste, construction waste, industrial solid waste, plastics, wood, paper, and waste textiles.

Hammer crushers are used to crush various medium-hard, low-abrasive materials with a compressive strength not exceeding 100 MPa and a moisture content of less than 15%. Materials suitable for crushing include coal, salt, chalk, gypsum, bricks and tiles, and limestone.

This grinding mill was developed by incorporating advanced foreign technology and has been successfully tested for grinding low- to medium-hardness PVC plastics, high-density PE, and other plastics. Practical testing at specialized plastic processing plants has demonstrated that when 20%–30% calcium carbonate is added to the ground powder during processing, the resulting products maintain the same chemical and physical properties as those made from virgin material, and output can reach 300–580 kg (40–80 mesh).

The jaw crusher is a disposal equipment specially designed for crushing hard materials such as bricks, tiles and stones in construction waste. The crushed materials have uniform particle size, which is convenient for the advancement of subsequent processes.

The counterattack crusher is very suitable for coarse, medium and fine crushing of hard materials such as concrete, asphalt, bricks and tiles in construction and decoration waste.

Garbage Bag Opening Machine is used to open plastic bags, woven bags and other bags used for loading garbage, and then convey the materials to the sorting and crushing system through a conveyor. It is suitable for decoration waste, domestic waste, mixed waste, etc.
