Product Introduction
Hammer crushers, also known as hammer breakers or hammer rock crushers, are suitable for crushing medium-hardness and brittle materials in industries such as mining, cement, coal, metallurgy, building materials, highway construction, and fuel processing. They feature a high crushing ratio, high production capacity, and uniform product particle size. Our company has over thirty years of experience in designing and manufacturing hammer crushers; our products feature advanced design, reliable performance, smooth operation, and low energy consumption. Our hammer crushers are competitively priced and available in a full product line, making them highly popular among customers both domestically and internationally.
Hammer crushers can be used not only in crushing and sand-making production lines but also as a replacement for cone crushers in mineral processing equipment. This crusher can adjust the output particle size to bridge the gap between user requirements, thereby meeting the diverse needs of different customers.

How It Works
- The electric motor drives the rotor to rotate at high speed inside the crushing chamber. Material is fed into the machine through the upper feed inlet and is crushed by the high-speed hammers through impact, shearing, and grinding. A screen plate is installed below the rotor; particles smaller than the screen aperture size are discharged through the screen plate, while coarser particles larger than the screen aperture size are retained on the screen plate to continue being struck and ground by the hammers before eventually being discharged from the machine through the screen plate.
