Product Introduction
The horizontal hydraulic baling machine uses hydraulic power as its driving force and is driven by a hydraulic cylinder to push the baling cart to complete the baling. The hydraulic system is composed of several parts, including the oil tank, power mechanism (hydraulic pump), control mechanism (control valve), hydraulic pipelines, and actuator (hydraulic cylinder).
The entire packaging process consistsof auxiliary times such as pressing the package, returning, picking up the box, turning the box, upward unloading of the package, downward unloading of the package, and receiving the package. It is mainly applied to the compression and packaging of loose materials. It uses hydraulic drive to compress compressible resources, reducing their volume and forming a whole. The density of the package blocks is high and the external dimensions are uniform. It effectively reduces the space occupied by placement, improves logistics efficiency, reduces transportation losses, significantly lowers freight costs, and beautifies the office and production environment.

The hydraulic system utilizes a dual-pump (high/low pressure) configuration, cartridge valves, and heavy-duty cylinders equipped with high-performance seals; this ensures excellent pressure retention and locking, minimizing oil leakage and the “spring-back” effect of the baled paper. The machine frame is constructed from manganese steel plate—featuring 12mm-thick inner walls, with load-bearing sections reinforced to 20–25mm—and is fully welded with additional stiffeners to prevent deformation. It is powered by a national-standard, pure-copper motor with an accurate, honest power rating. The semi-automatic model requires 1–2 operators for wire-tying and baling, while the fully automatic model includes an integrated automatic wire-tying system, requiring only one person for supervision.
