We have established long-term strategic partnerships with leading domestic and international suppliers of motors, bearings, electrical components, and specialty steels, guaranteeing the exceptional quality of base materials from the source.
Strict Incoming Quality Control (IQC)
All critical purchased components and raw materials must pass our IQC inspection, including material certificate verification, dimensional accuracy testing, and performance sampling tests, to prevent non-conforming items from entering the production line.

Pre-Assembly and Comprehensive Pre-Shipment Testing

Segmental Pre-Assembly
For complex screening and sorting modules, pre-assembly is conducted in-house prior to shipment to verify dimensional fit and mechanical operation smoothness, identifying and resolving issues in advance.

No-Load and Load Testing
Key equipment (such as crushers, sorters, and trommel screens) undergoes no-load test runs prior to shipment to monitor critical parameters such as vibration and noise. Simulated load testing for certain core equipment can be conducted upon customer request.

Electrical Control System Simulation Testing
The PLC control system undergoes full-process logic simulation testing prior to shipment to ensure software stability, user-friendly interfaces, and error-free interlocking.
Standardized On-Site Installation and Commissioning
Professional On-Site Team
We dispatch a field commissioning team comprising experienced project managers, mechanical engineers, and electrical engineers to execute standardized installation guidelines.
Phased Commissioning and Acceptance
We follow a rigorous process: “Single-unit commissioning → Interlocking commissioning → Trial operation with material.” During the trial run with actual materials, we will work with your team to verify the system’s actual processing capacity, sorting accuracy, energy consumption metrics, and other parameters to ensure that the technical performance meets or exceeds the contractual specifications.

Continuous Quality Traceability and Improvement
We establish a lifetime quality file for each production line, recording key data ranging from major component serial numbers to every service visit, to achieve full lifecycle quality traceability.
We view issues encountered during trial operation and the after-sales phase as invaluable opportunities for improvement. We systematically analyze and feed this feedback back into the design and manufacturing processes, driving continuous product iteration and optimization.
