Product Introduction
The specific gravity classifier, together with a cyclone separator, dust collector, and induced draft fan, forms a classification system. Under the suction force of the fan, the material enters the classifier through the feed inlet at the bottom and is carried at high speed by the rising airflow into the classification zone. Under the powerful centrifugal force generated by the high-speed rotating classification turbine, coarse and fine materials are separated. Fine particles that meet the particle size requirements pass through the gaps between the classification wheel blades and enter the cyclone separator or dust collector for collection, while coarse particles, under the combined effect of gravity and centrifugal force, sink. They are thrown by the rotor blades toward the periphery of the cylinder and slide down its surface. During their descent, they are struck by a secondary airflow, which disperses any fine powder agglomerated within the coarse particles and blows them back into the classification chamber; the coarse powder is discharged through the lower discharge valve under the force of gravity.
