Product Introduction
A mobile screening plant is a highly mobile screening system that integrates feeding, screening, conveying, and mobility into a single unit. By mounting a traditional stationary screening line onto a tracked or wheeled chassis, it enables a mobile operation mode characterized by “screening on arrival and moving on after completion,” thereby completely resolving the challenges associated with stationary production lines, such as site constraints, high infrastructure costs, and slow relocation and disassembly.

Main Applications
Working Principle
Material is fed into the hopper by a loader and evenly distributed across the screen box by a feeder. Driven by an exciter (vibrating motor or box-type vibrator), the screen box vibrates at a high frequency. Material smaller than the screen mesh size (undersize) falls onto the lower screen or directly onto the undersize conveyor belt; material larger than the screen mesh size (oversize) moves along the screen surface to the end and is discharged via the oversize conveyor belt. Through the combination of multiple screen layers, finished products of various specifications can be produced in a single pass.
