Product Introduction
This grinding mill was developed by incorporating advanced foreign technology and has been successfully tested for grinding low- to medium-hardness PVC plastics, high-density PE, and other plastics. Practical testing at specialized plastic product processing plants has demonstrated that when 20%–30% calcium carbonate is added to the ground powder during processing, the chemical and physical properties of the final products remain unchanged compared to those made with virgin material, and output can reach 300–580 kg (40–80 mesh). Therefore, this equipment is an excellent solution for plastic product manufacturers seeking to reduce costs and address the accumulation of scrap material.

How It Works
- The machine consists primarily of a feed hopper, housing, feed fan, grinding discs, impeller, discharge fan, material storage unit, frame, motor, and other components.
- The working component of this machine is the grinding disc. When high-speed particles strike the tooth plates and teeth, some are crushed and extracted by the suction airflow, while larger particles continue to collide and be crushed before being extracted. This reduces the load on the grinding disc, improves grinding efficiency, and ensures uniform cooling of the powdered material.
- Low temperature is a key advantage of this machine. Based on the thermal equivalent, each hour of operation converts to 860 kcal of heat. This machine uses external air extraction with an airflow rate of 50 m³/kW; most of the heat is dissipated through the temperature difference between the inlet and outlet air. A small portion of the heat is managed by water cooling. Requirements: The inlet temperature of the cooling water must not exceed 25°C, and the outlet temperature must not exceed 45°C. In summer, the cooling water flow rate should be appropriately increased to lower the temperature.

Equipment Features
Equipment Advantages
The Multifunctional Grinder is the latest model independently developed by our factory. Its features are as follows:
1. Compared to similar grinders, it achieves significantly higher output (a 20%–50% increase) while consuming the same amount of power, thereby saving energy.
2. A dust collection system has been added, effectively reducing dust pollution.
3. The automatic discharge valve reduces the physical strain on operators.
4. The main unit’s access door can be opened, facilitating maintenance and blade replacement.
5. The machine employs a dual air-and-water cooling system, which effectively lowers the operating temperature inside the unit. This prevents the ground material from degrading and is particularly suitable for grinding heat-sensitive plastics, including certain types of PE and ABS.
