Introduction

In November 2025, a large-scale construction waste recycling project—for which Zoomlion DeMei provided a complete set of equipment and technical support—successfully passed acceptance inspections and officially commenced operations in Uzbekistan. The project employs a “precision sorting + multi-stage crushing” process with an annual processing capacity of 3 million tons, making it a benchmark project in the local solid waste treatment sector.

Project Highlights & Overview

This 1,000-ton-per-hour production line is located in a local resource recycling industrial park and primarily processes demolition and renovation waste generated by urban renewal projects. The entire line is equipped with jaw crushers, impact crushers, multi-layer vibrating screens, and high-efficiency air classification systems independently developed by Zoomlion DeMei, achieving full automation from feeding and crushing to sorting and finished product stockpiling.

Advanced Process Design & Equipment Configuration

The project manager stated: “The standout feature of this production line is its ‘sort first, crush later’ process design. Through pre-screening and high-efficiency air classification, over 90% of lightweight materials are effectively removed, ensuring the high quality of the recycled aggregates, which can be directly used for brick manufacturing and ready-mix concrete.”

Full-Service “Turnkey” Delivery Capabilities

As the original equipment manufacturer, Zoomlion Demai provided “turnkey” services for this project—ranging from site planning, equipment manufacturing, installation, and commissioning to personnel training—demonstrating its comprehensive delivery capabilities in large-scale solid waste treatment projects.
